In order to protect our copyrights, Online Courses are NOT eligible for the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee. Once you have accessed any of your online materials for the first time, there are no refunds available.
Online courses require broadband (cable modem, DSL, T-1, etc.) Internet access. Due to the size of the files, a dial-up connection to the internet will usually not work.
Users may need to disable local firewalls to permit streaming. This means that some corporate computers and all public computers (in libraries, internet cafes, etc.) may not be able to access the online materials.
Online streams cannot be copied or downloaded. Students who choose the online option will only be able to hear or view lectures on their computer.
