How do I reset my password?

I am logged in but can't find my content.
Once you have successfully logged into your account you will be on the My Account “landing page”. From the menu bar above you can select “My Account” and from the drop down you will see the course names that you have purchased. Click the course name you wish to access and the course page will load your content for that course.
I haven't received my login credentials
1. Be sure to close your browser window where you ordered. That begins the process on our end.
2. Check your email spam folder for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org This message will contain your login credentials. Please note that this email will be generated within an hour during regular business hours and at the beginning of the next day for orders placed outside our normal hours.
3. If you still are having problems, fill out a ticket on this page for assistance.
